Doing Things

It’s not about doing things. 

It never was.

Doing things is effort, or work.

It is trying to be better, to ascend and be like God.

Acceptance is only found by faith.

Trusting Him.

Trust is not an action, or effort.

It is just something you do, when you know someone trustworthy.

Knowing is key.

Yet, knowing takes effort.

Ah, but this effort happens naturally when you meet someone so wonderful.

Like a moth to a flame.

We were made to be drawn into that deep fire.

Once you know Him, you are drawn to Him.

You see Him.

Marvel at Him.

Follow Him.

You watch what He does.

Like a puppy.

Faith grows as you know Him more deeply.

More intimately.

Trust happens when you accept who and what He really is.

You will only sink when you take your eyes off Him, and trust in anything else.

Especially you.

That is why you are doing things.
