Own It! Or Not

Faith is trusting in someone.

Faith is trusting that they are good, regardless of how it seems.

Faith is trusting someone who IS actually good.

If you think that is you, that you think you will and can do it better, then you trust in you.

If you think that is someone else, you will only do that if they have already proven trustworthy.

If you have had no contact with them, never met them, and don't really KNOW them, then what you have isn't faith... it is delusion.

You can be deluded, but it will not end well.

Salvation is a faith in God, given as He introduces Himself.

He did it to Abraham.

He did it to Isreal on the mountain.

He did it when He became Jesus Christ.

He does it when you have that light bulb turn on and see Him for who He really is.

Seeking Him, to know Him, IS the only way for that faith to grow.

If you have only been given a microbe measure of faith, you will bury it, never do anything with it... and claim to worship Him in your OWN way. You don't really have it at all.

YOU BURIED IT!

Possession is 9 tenths of the law.

If what you "have" isn't growing, you really need to remember where you buried it... or not.
