The Reason for the Season

Have you not read that if God didn't give Joseph his early dreams, the hatred of his brothers would not have sent him to Egypt?

Have you not read where God used Samson's poor choices for an occasion to smite the Philistines?

Have you not read where David would never have been poorly treated by Saul, if Samuel didn't anoint him as king when he was still an adolescent?

Have you not read where the children in Bethlehem would not have been murdered if God had not previously shared that His king was to be born there?

Have you not read where man would not have "fallen" if God didn't put that tree in the garden?

Have you not read that Judas was doomed to destruction?

Have you not considered why you and most church leaders avoid this information?

You should.

If you really want your trust in God to be pleasing to Him, you are going to have to cross that threshold.

Otherwise, are you really trusting Him at all?
