You Hypocrite
If I told you to hate Obama, would you do it?
"No"
Why?
"Because I don't think you know anything about Obama."
What if I told you that the man did some great evil to me and my family?
"Still, no, because I believe He did great things for our nation and I barely know you."
What if I told you that the media lied about him and his accomplishments.
"Ha! What, do you watch Fox News!?"
Why do you disbelieve Fox News but trust CNN?
"Because CNN is fair and balanced and Fox News lies because they are a mouthpiece for the religious right."
Is this what you have seen with evidence, or just what CNN tells you?
"Shut up."
This is the same on both sides. On one hand both sources say to think for yourself and decide...after telling you stories with emotional twists and obvious bias. Yet, we trust them, even though we don't know them or have seen their "evidence".
This sounds more like manipulation, than reporting.
That is because it is.
It doesn't matter what side you think you are on and how right you believe you are, Jesus Christ taught a simple rule..."treat others the way you want to be treated".
Do you want others to judge you by the testimony of those who hate you, who are your opposing competitors?
No?
So, then...why do you do it to Obama, Trump, or anyone?
Unless you have met them and they were unkind or evil toward you or another, or you personally know a trustworthy person that tells you so, then you are judging without knowing them at all.
If you don't like someone doing it to you, and you do it to another, that makes you a hypocrite.
Now, have you really met God, or do you just know some stuff from people you barely know who say they have met Him?
How do you judge Him then? Good or evil? Kind or harsh?
Without knowing Him, you are treating Him the same as the many Obama or Trump haters and lovers.
If you haven't even tried to get to know Him, but hate or love Him...yes, that makes you a hypocrite.
We want to be known...so does He.
