You, Would Be Them

Why would you hate the lost?

Where is your compassion?

Do you not realize that you got saved by the grace of God, not by anything you did?

Of course they hate you and your ideals, because they hate God. They rail against Him, because He made them and they are not happy with it. They want change but are frustrated with their powerless, inability to do anything... so they yell, scream, and riot.

It is sad.

But to hate them? Maybe you don't really understand the grace you have been given? Maybe you deep down believe you did something to earn it? Maybe you believe you were smart enough to "accept" His grace?

You didn't... because there is nothing you can do to receive God's grace. His grace included your decision to believe.

You did nothing.

The painful truth, well, it's only painful if you really don't have the grace, is that if not for God giving YOU the grace to believe, you would not.

You would then also be yelling and screaming at God for how this world is...
